Your username and password for the SHC Admin Web system are highly confidential. Because your account provides access to confidential data protected by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the college has a strong obligation to handle the account information very carefully. Accordingly, we cannot email the username and password to you or give it to you over the phone, since we have no way of knowing if the requestor is really you. If you have forgotten, or never obtained, your username and password, please do one of the following:

• Come to the Information Technology Services Help Desk in the lobby of the Burke Library between 8am and 5pm Central Time Mon-Fri, and present a photo ID.
• Call (251-380-2276, 8am-5pm Central Time Mon-Fri) or send an email to the Help Desk (click here) requesting that your username and password be sent by U.S. Mail to the primary address we have on file for you (see below).
  You must provide the following information:
  
  • Full name
  • Student ID number
  • The last four digits of your Social Security Number
  
  About your primary address: unless you've asked us to change it, this is the home address you gave us when you enrolled. If you have any doubt about whether the correct address is on file, please call the Registrar's Office (251-380-2240) to verify it.
